5.2. A restocking fee of up to 15% of the item’s purchase price may be applied to returns not resulting from a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
5.3. Shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any additional charges incurred during delivery are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Company’s liability for any refund claim is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the item.
6.2. Under no circumstances shall the Company be held responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of its products or delays in the refund process.
